By accessing and using the services provided by Rich System Solutions Pvt Ltd ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Rich System Solutions provides Bulk SMS services, Marketing SMS services, website development, digital marketing, and related technology solutions. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any part of our services at any time.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Prohibited Content
You may not use our SMS services to send spam, unsolicited messages, or content that violates applicable laws including the TRAI regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, and icons are proprietary to Rich System Solutions. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions grants you any right to use our trademarks without prior written permission.
5. Payment Terms
Payment for services must be made in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. All prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. SMS Messaging Compliance
All SMS campaigns must comply with TRAI (Telecom Regulatory Authority of India) regulations and the National Do Not Call (DNC) registry. You are solely responsible for ensuring your messages comply with applicable laws and regulations.
DND Compliance
You must not send promotional messages to numbers registered on the National DND registry. We provide DND filtering as a value-added service but ultimate compliance responsibility rests with you.
Content Guidelines
Message content must not be fraudulent, misleading, or contain prohibited content as defined by TRAI guidelines.
7. Limitation of Liability
Rich System Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the preceding three months.
8. Privacy Policy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms and Conditions or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra.
